New Management Committee Elected

The new management committee for the 2010/11 is:

Chris Jones (president), Paul Volkov (chairman), Raff Tardivo (secretary), Chris Shaw (treasurer), Brad Portlock, John Stokes, Mal Oakley, Matty Loveder, Ishan Amarasinghe, Andrew Giles, and Craig Patterson.

First meeting of new committee will be held on Wednesday 21 July.

The AGM passed a motion thanking the out going members of the Committee for all their work. Scott Jones has left the club to take up a coaching position at the West Torrens Cricket Club, Sujeewa Kodituwakku is moving to Sydney in his employment and Danny Jones did not re-nominate.

2010 Annual General Meeting:

This year's AGM will be held on Wednesday 7 July at 6.30pm at the Duke of Brunswick.

The AGM will be conducted according to the rules of the club as per our constitution.

The business at the meeting shall be:
i) The confirmation of the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
ii) The consideration of the accounts and reports of the Committee and the auditor’s report
iii) The election of Committee members
iv) Any other business requiring consideration by the Club in general meeting.

Attendance by 15 members is required for a quorum.
